Movement is probably one of the best things we can do for our bodies aside from proper breathing. I love dancing and moving my body intuitively. I have experienced that when I move my body intuitively, when I dance in the rhythm and signature of...my lungs for instance...my body moves in a way I never knew possible. I feel a freedom that I've never felt and a deep healing takes place. I feel better all over my body. In my studio. I'd like to provide a place for people to move freely and intuitively. There are no steps just move your body and breath and even make noise if you want to. 

Services & Offerings

I will be hosting classes and workshops and retreats in this intuitive movement practice. At this time, in light of the pandemic some of these events will be held outdoors.
