HEALING ART BY TAMARA ZENOBIA
My work is an eclectic collection of mixed media, acrylic paintings, photography, and wood carvings. I create intuitively, allowing inspiration to guide not only what I create, but also the materials I use. Whether on canvas, cardboard, wood, particle board, or an unexpected surface, I believe every material holds the potential to become a meaningful work of art.

Each piece is created with intention and infused with healing energy. My work is more than a visual expression; it is an energetic offering designed to connect with the viewer on a deeply personal level.
My intention is that those who encounter my art receive whatever healing, inspiration, or insight they may need in that moment. I believe that art has the ability to reach beyond what the eyes can see, touching something within us that words cannot always express.

The Message in the Bones

The Message in the Bones is a collection of photographic works inspired by the ancient practice of bone divination, also known as osteomancy.
​
Each piece begins with a bone throw, capturing a unique arrangement of bones and other symbolic elements through photography. The photographs are then mounted on canvas and finished with resin and elements of nature, creating richly textured, one-of-a-kind works of art.
​
On the back of each piece is a written message intended specifically for the person who receives it. These messages are an integral part of the artwork, offering personal insight, reflection, and spiritual guidance.
This series brings together my practices as an artist and intuitive reader, transforming the language of the bones into a tangible artistic experience.

Approximately twenty years ago, I began writing in a mysterious language that was completely unfamiliar to me. Intrigued by its appearance and origin, I began researching the writing and discovered similarities to ancient Pali, a language associated with early Buddhist scriptures. Later, I was told that the writing resembled ancient Persian.
Rather than focusing solely on identifying the language, I felt compelled to transform these mysterious writings into works of art.

Deep within, I believed these writings carried spiritual messages intended for specific individuals. I began to wonder: Why not share them with the world and allow those who encounter them to receive whatever message Spirit has for them?
And so, The Message series was born.
​
Over the years, people have shared with me that they have seen and received personal messages within these works. Each encounter reinforces my belief that art can serve as a bridge between the seen and unseen, inviting viewers to discover something meaningful, personal, and perhaps even transformative.
The Message is more than a collection of artwork. It is an invitation to look beyond what is written and discover what speaks to you.
