This is not a session with a set structure or a prescribed process. We meet in presence, and from that meeting, the session takes shape. You are welcome to arrive with questions, uncertainty, emotion, or nothing at all. There is no expectation and no preparation required. We begin with what is present, not with an agenda. I work by listening — to the body, the breath, the voice, and the subtle signals that emerge as we sit together. As the session unfolds, I share what I perceive, feel, and sense, allowing sound and guidance to arise naturally. Nothing is imposed, and no external system or framework is placed over your experience. Sessions typically last about an hour, though some unfold over a longer period if needed. I encourage you to allow yourself a little space afterward so the experience can settle without being rushed or immediately redirected. This work is simple, intuitive, and responsive — meeting you exactly where you are. Fee: $250 Sliding scale options are available.
