Movement is one of the most healing gifts we can give ourselves—right alongside breath and nourishment. In this unique group experience, Vocal Alchemist Tamara Zenobia leads participants through an intuitive movement and sound healing session designed to release stress, restore energy flow, and reconnect people with their own body wisdom. There are no steps to memorize, no choreography to follow. Just breath, movement, and sound—guided from within. Tamara shares her own practice of dancing with the rhythm of her lungs, discovering new freedom, range, and emotional healing through intuitive movement. In her studio—and in your event—she creates a space where people can move freely, release tension, and explore how their bodies want to move in real time. It’s a deeply personal, yet powerfully communal, experience. Vocal release is also integrated into the process—using sound, primal expression, and breath to clear stuck energy and liberate the voice. From subtle vocal tones to full-on shout releases, participants are invited to cry, laugh, shout, and vocalize in a safe, supportive container.
